PSI Exam 2021 Syllabus Physical Efficiency Test
Candidates will be called for the Physical Test at any date and time as per the administrative convenience and the candidates for the Physical Test will have to be present at the center to be informed accordingly. Any submission of candidates regarding change of date and time for Physical Test will not be considered under any circumstances. The decision of the Board in this matter shall be final and binding.
For Male Candidates Physical Efficiency Test
For Female Candidates Physical Efficiency Test
For Ex- Serviceman Candidates Physical Efficiency Test
Candidates who pass the Physical Efficiency Test will be called for the Physical Standard Test. In which height, chest and weight will be measured as mentioned in paragraph 13.
All the candidates who have passed the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test or the category wise 15 (fifteen) times the number of vacancies on the basis of merit will be called for the preliminary examination whichever is less.
PSI Exam 2021 Syllabus Preliminary Test
Preliminary examination is a mandatory qualifying test for recruitment in place of all cadres. Preliminary examination will be taken in objective question paper of 100 questions. In which one mark of each question will be written and the total marks will be 100. The examination time will be two hours. This question paper will cover basic types of questions related to general knowledge, current trends, psychology, history, geography, sociology, science as well as mental ability.
This written test will be taken in MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) and OMR (Optical Mark Reader) method. All questions must be answered. Each question will also have a “Not Attempted” option. If a candidate does not want to answer a question, the “Not Attempted” option will have to be selected. If the “Not Attempted” option is selected, there will be no negative marking.
One mark will be given for each correct answer and one negative mark will be 0.25 for each incorrect answer. Use of White Ink in OMR sheet is prohibited. If white ink is used in the answer to the question then the answer will be given as negative marks and if the candidate has not chosen any option then 0.5 marks will be considered as negative.
The medium of preliminary examination will be Gujarati.
The minimum qualification for passing the preliminary examination will be 50%. All the candidates who got 90% marks in the Preliminary Examination or Category wise 3 (three) times the number of vacancies on the basis of merit, whichever is less will be called for Main Exam.

PSI Exam 2021 Syllabus Main Test
(i) All question papers will be of objective type. From the five options of each question Will have to choose an answer. All questions must be answered. One in each question The option of “Not Attempted” will also be given if a candidate answers any question. If you do not want to give, you have to select the “Not Attempted” option. “Not If the “Attempted” option is selected, there will be no negative marking. Every true
One mark will be given for the answer. Also, for each wrong answer, the negative mark will be 0.5. The use of white ink in OMR sheets is prohibited. (ii) Question Paper-1 Gujarati and Question Paper-2 English will be of Standard Higher Secondary School (HSC) level.
(iii) Question Paper-2 The standard of general knowledge and psychological matters will be at graduate level and the standard of computer knowledge will be at higher secondary school (HSC) level. (iv) 50% marks will be the minimum qualification to pass the main examination.
