SSC CHSL Notification The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the official notification for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) Examination 2022 for recruitment of several posts. The Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started the registration process for CHSL Exam 2021-22 (Combined Higher Secondary 10+ Level) Candidates willing to appear for SSC CHSL Exam 2022 can submit their SSC CHSL from 01 February 2022 to 07 March 2022 on the official website of SSC i.e. ssc.nic.in. However, the last date for submitting application fee is 08 March 2022.

Interested candidates can apply for the recruitment examination through online mode at the official website of the Commission- https://ssc.nic.in from February 1, 2022 till March 7, 2022. SSC CHSL Notification Vacancy Details
Vacancies will be determined in due course. Updated vacancy position will be uploaded on the website of the Commission.
The vacancies will be available for the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator (DEO).
SSC CHSL Notification Pay Scale
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 ( Rs 19,900 – Rs 63,200).
Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4( Rs 25,500- Rs 81,100).
Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4( Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100) and Level-5( Rs 29,200 – Rs 92,300).
Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Level-4( Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100).
Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2022
Essential Educational Qualifications
LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): The candidates applying for the posts must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognised Board or University.
Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’): The applicant must have passed 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent is mandatory educational qualification.
SSC CHSL Notification Age Limit (As on 01-01-2022)
Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years as on 01-01-2022 i.e. Candidates born not before 02-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004 are eligible to apply.
Relaxation in upper age limit is available for different reserved categories candidates.
Scheme of Examination:
The SSC CHSL examination will be done in three stages such as –Computer Based Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Skill Test/ Typing Test (Tier-III).
Computer Based Examination (Tier-I) will likely be held in May, 2022 and the exam date for the Tier-II Examination (Descriptive Paper) will be notified later.
