LIC AAO Bharti 2023 Details
Probation: Candidates who are selected for the position will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining, which may be extended up to two years. During this probationary period, candidates will be evaluated continuously based on the Corporation's current policy. If a candidate does not meet the minimum standards, their employment may be terminated as per the Corporation's policy.
Selection Process: The selection of Assistant Administrative Officers will be done through a three-stage process followed by a Pre-recruitment Medical examination.
Compensation and Benefits: The basic pay for this position is Rs. 53600 per month, with a scale of Rs. 53600- 2645(14) –90630– 2865(4) –102090 and additional allowances as per company policy. The total compensation at the minimum of the scale, including House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance, is approximately Rs. 92870 per month in 'A' Class city. Benefits include Defined Contributory Pension, Gratuity, LTC, Cash Medical Benefit, Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Insurance, Vehicle Loan (2-wheeler/4 wheeler) as per company policy, meal coupon, reimbursement of cost of Briefcase/leather bags, mobile handset, supply of dailies and magazines and tea/coffee, mobile expenses, etc. as per company policy.
